A programme funded by the Department of Work and Pensions aimed at improving employment outcomes for people with health conditions or disabilities. They have employment consultants locally who support candidates from a variety of backgrounds into employment.

Connexions
Connexions is a careers service for young people aged 16 to 19, or up to 25 for young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).
They have specialist personal advisers who are trained to work with young people with SEND to help them make decisions about their future.
