We are recruiting volunteers and looking for friendly outgoing people to support our services to capture feedback about people’s experience of our services. This is so we can hear people’s views about how we need to improve the quality of services we provide.
You will be buddying up with staff from the Patient Experience Team to collect Friends and Family test data. The location will be at various bases across the Trust covering Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, and will be allocated based on your choice. This information helps services to drive quality and patient experience in services and is part of a wider programme of quality improvement work across the Trust.
The role is suitable for volunteers over the age of 16, however there will be some areas like our Mental Health areas where you will need to be over the age of 18.
Do you have good listening skills and confident communicating with people? Are you interested in improving NHS services?
If so, then this is a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge and communicate with a variety of people.
Hours: Between 9-5 Monday to Friday, variable to suit needs of service, usually this will mean a commitment of 3-4 hour blocks for each clinic session.
