Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is committed to the highest standards of Covid security, to protect our patients and our staff. All our staff whose work takes them to care homes have at the least had two Covid vaccines, and are having regular lateral flow tests to minimise any risks they may present to care home patients and staff.
We have a different system for staff to record their lateral flow tests than those working outside the NHS. Because of this, results for our staff will not appear on the NHS app. However, you will be able to see their lateral flow test records as a series of mobile phone text messages. These tests are recorded with either an N for negative or P for positive (in which case the member of staff would not continue working). Please take this as evidence that they are currently up to date with their testing.
